SHIPPING SCHEDULE

All orders delivered with 2-4 days in UAE. Please choose your shipping plan. In the event the next day is a Sunday or National Holiday all orders are then shipped the day after it. We share tracking details of your order with you. In the event of any query you are free to email veedaauae@gmail.com or Call / Whatsapp / Msg on +971581584588. Please note calling hours are 11am – 5pm Monday through Saturday. In case our phone lines are busy or we cannot pick up for any reason request you to send us a Whatsapp / Msg and we will respond to it as soon as possible.

RETURNS

All of our products are thoroughly inspected and packed before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We value you as a customer and in the event of damage during shipping and you received a damaged product please contact us within 4 days of delivery of said Order. You need to simply share images of the damaged product received in the order either by Whatsapp or your Registered Email ID. Then we will verify that the product is actually damaged or cannot be used for its purpose and accordingly send you a free replacement of the damaged product. You do not need to pay anything for the replacement product. (Note if you ordered 4 items and received one item damaged then just share images of the damaged product not the whole order)
